Shiraz manages every client relationship with the attention and patience of someone who understands exactly what is at stake. He has spoken to hundreds of nurses at their most confused and overwhelmed — and guided every one of them to a clear next step. When you message us on WhatsApp, Shiraz is the person on the other end.

Based in Alabama, he is not advising from a distance. He knows what US hospitals look for, what a VisaScreen delay actually costs a nurse waiting on a job offer, and the difference between a sponsorship contract worth signing and one worth walking away from. He built NBB around one conviction — that Pakistani nurses deserve a team that stays with them until they arrive.
